  • Six new species in the genus Paradaemonia BOUVIER, 1925 are described and figured: P. siriae sp. n., type locality: Peru (Loreto), P. vanschaycki sp. n. from French Guiana (Cayenne), P. winbrechlini sp. n. from Mexico (Chiapas), P. bahiana sp. n. from Brazil (Bahia), P. samba sambdensis ssp. n. from Ecuador (Pastaza) and P. balsasensis cearaiana ssp. n. from Brazil (Ceara). All holotypes (ex coll. Ronald BRECHLIN, Pasewalk (CRBP), or Eric VAN SCHAYCK, Wetter (CEvS)) are in CRBP in coll. Museum WITT, Munich (Germany), which later, together with this collection, will be included in Zoologische Staatssammlungen Munchen, Munich, Germany.
