  • A sampling of stream sediments was performend by our colleague Michel Wienin assisted by Francoise Magnan during a speleological and malacological prospecting in Drome, France. Sampling was performed in the underground stream of Autonniere in Aucelon in the department of DrOme, France. Collection of the 23th september 2016 evidenced un population of Hydrobiidae TROSCHEL 1857, genus Bythiospeum BOURGUIGNAT 1882. Sample analyses show the presence of a new prosobranch taxon.
