  • The genus Araeomolis Hampson, 1901, is revised. Aphyle (s. l.) albipicta Dognin, 1909 is moved to Araeomolis and Araeomolis transversa sp. n. is described and illustrated. Two species, Araeomolis (s. l.) nigripuncta Joicey & Talbot, 1916 and A. sanguinea Hampson, 1905 are excluded from Araeomolis and attributed to the genus Eriostepta Hampson, 1901. Two probable synonymies in the genus Araeomolis are evoked.
