  • The author signal the presence of a new taxon of Hydrobiidae stygobie belonging to the genus Palacanthilhiopsis BERNASCONI 1988. The sample was performed in a temporary resurgence in south of France in the department of Vaucluse. The site known as (source de la Foux) is located in the municipality of Meyrargues. In this note the author describe a new species, compare it to the other population of the genus Palacanthilhiopsis BERNASCONI 1988 and make a non-exhaustive list of Palacanthilhiopsis site.
