dct:abstract	Based on morphological and molecular characters (COI gene), new taxa of the family Riodinidae originating from French Guiana are described: Mesosemia litany n. sp., Napaea frustatoria n. sp., previously confused with N. eucharila (Bates, 1867), Ancyluris mira toussaintensis n. ssp. and Pseudolivendula tenuis n. sp. Melanis weissi n. sp. is described from Brazil. Three taxa are revalidated within the genus Pseudolivendula: R subtilis (Brevignon, 2012), stat. rev., R temperans (Brevignon, 2012), stat. rev. and P. hemileuca sagittaria (Brevignon, 2012), stat. rev.
