  • During a survey made in Herbeset (Castellon, Spain) in 1990, two species of phytoseiid mites were collected from wild vegetation. One of them, Typhlodromus morellensis n. sp. found on Pinus sylvestris is described and illustrated. Typhlodromus carmonae Chant & Yoshida-Shaul, a little known species first reported in Spain, is redescribed.
