| - On 6th May 2019, a 2nd-cy male Black-throated Wheatear was found and photographed at Sailly-lez-Lannoy, near Lille, northern France. It was only seen by the three lucky finders and soon disappeared. Thanks to the rapidly dispatched news, it was relocated just over the border, in Belgium, where it was also a national first and attracted over 110 observers on the same day. It was not seen again. This is the fourth European record (all of males) of this endemic taxa from North Africa, following one at Gibraltar on 28th April 2005, one in Malta on 30th March 2016 and one in the Netherlands on 22th May 2017 This record was accepted by the French Rarities Committee (CHN), and Black-throated (Northern) Wheatear was added to category A of the French list by the French Avifaunal Committee (CAF).
