  • This book describes a detailed taxonomic revision of the genus Fridericia. The author presents extensive field collections and living specimen examination using light-microscopy and protein electrophoresis. Data on habitat and geographic distribution are also outlined. The result is the distinct separation of 89 valid species in this study, several of which are described as new. The text is written in English with a German summary.
