  • Two new species, Aphorma clematidis (from Thailand: Chiangmai Province) and A. indica (from India: Kashmir) are described and illustrated. The genus is redefined based on adult and hitherto unknown larval morphology. The phylogenetic close relationship to Camarotoscena, within the Psyllidae: Paurocephalinae, is confirmed. A. clematidis develops on Clematis subumbellata (Ranunculaceae). Additional distributional records are given for A. lichenoides.
