Isopoda and Gnathiida, from coastal waters of the Kerguelen Islands, collected by French expeditions in 1964, 1966, 1968 and mostly in 1970 from depths between 0-200 m are considered. Twenty-eight species of Isopoda and 2 spp. of Gnathiidae were identified. One new species is described: Austrofilius arnaudi. Six species [Aega edwardsi, Serolis aspera, Iathrippa longicauda, I. chilensis, Munna neglecta and Gnathia wagneri] are new for the Kerguelen region.
