Twelve new species of Tingidae are described from New Caledonia: Cantacader noumea sp. n., Corinthus plumensis sp. n., Agaotingis pindaii sp. n., Cephalidiosus sineoroe sp. n., Cephalidiosus longispini sp. n., Cephalidiosus thy sp. n., Nobarnus quadrispini sp. n., Cysteochila cubans sp. n., Physatocheila alphitoniae sp. n., Perissonemia rectisulca sp. n., Perissonemia angustata sp. n. and Tingis latus sp. n. Five previously described species are recorded as new to New Caledonia. Comments on their phylogenetic and biogeographic relationships are added and a key to New Caledonian taxa is provided.
