During the course of the annual field meeting of the lepidopterist society Oreina, on the Quiberon peninsula, in the departement of the Morbihan(58), members discovered larvae of the burnet moth, Rhagades pruni, feeding on inflorescences of salad bumet, Poterium sanguisorba and bumet rose, Rosa pimpinellifolia. This moth has been seen to feed on P. sanguisorba in the Crimea, but R. pimpinellifolia is a new food plant, and both are nex observations for France.
