Three new genus and fourteen new species of Mimallonidae, mainly collected in French Guiana, are described and holotypes are illustrated together with their genitalia. All holotypes will be deposited in the National Museum of Natural History (MNHN), Paris, France. The sequences of the COI gene are available for eight new species. The status of two taxa is clarified: Euphaneta divisa romani Bryk is raised to the status of distinct species, and a lectotype is designated for Bedosia itamaraty (Foetterle, 1902).
