This article provides an analysis of Conidae dredged at forty one stations during the Karubenthos 2 expedition. It focused to inventory the deep-sea benthic fauna of the guadeloupean archipelago of Lesser Antilles. A total of twenty four species were collected. Of these, eight represented range extensions of previously known species and five are described as new species for science in this article. Two hundred and eighty-six specimens collected have been identified. Among them, thirty-nine specimens were sequenced. Their analysis sorted out eleven different species. Some other astonishing results shows that six previous populations, known as valid species, fall down into synonymy. Further material provided by local specialists in molluscs, revealed four additional species. One of them is new for science. This material represented about two hundred specimens in which, eighty-one are cited in this article. In addition, a sequenced specimen is designed as the neotype of Conus villepinii Fischer & Bernardi, 1857.
