Hymenoptera egg parasitoids were inventoried for the first time during 2006 in all the French territory of New Caledonia. With this aim in view, insect eggs were collected on various plants and potential parasitoids emerged in the laboratory were caught. Oophagous species belonging to three families were recorded and identified. Among them, we recognized a new genus and four new species for the territory.
