31 species of Pyraloidea are reported from the island of Mauritius (11 species of Pyralidae and 20 species of Crambidae). In addition 9 additional species are treated that had been collected in the neighbouring islands, most had earlier also been recorded from Mauritius. 35 species and 28 genitalia preparations are illustrated on 11 plates. For 15 of these species there are new or recent hostplant records made and the larvae of seven species are illustrated.
