Twelve species of porcellanid crabs [Aliaporcellana pygmaea, A. suluensis, Enosteoides melissa, Lissoporcellana quadrilobata, Petrolisthes fimbriatus, P. hastatus, P. lamarckii, P. militaris, P. miyakei, P. scarbriculus, Polyonyx triunguiculatus, and Porcellanella haigae], belonging to six genera, were obtained by the Musorstom 1 and 2 expeditions (1976 and 1980) to the Philippine Islands, the Corindon 2 expedition (1980) in Makassar Strait and during recent collecting in New Caledonia. None of these species is new, but a few of them are reported for the first time in the regions where they were captured.
