Two new species of the genus Nematodirus are described. The nematodes were collected from the gastrointestinal tract of steinbocks (Capra ibex) and chamois (Rupicapra rupicapra) of Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso (Italian Western Alps). The names of N. ibicis sp. nov., and N. rupicaprae sp. nov. are proposed.
