This revision of the genus Scapicoelis complements the work of Degallier et al. (2020) and includes the description of the following new species: S. ayri n. sp., S. bichoae n. sp., S. erwini n. sp., S. gomyi n. sp., S. guyanensis n. sp., S. incognitus n. sp., S. kinitii n. sp., S. koriphensis n. sp., S. kovariki n. sp., S. lackneri n. sp., S. lagardei n. sp., S. leivasi n. sp., S. margarhetae n. sp., S. mariaeclarae n. sp., S. marinae n. sp., S. minor n. sp., S. nazareti n. sp., S. paraguayense n. sp., S. parallelus n. sp., S. pilosus n. sp., S. punctatus n. sp., S. rolandi n. sp., S. rugosifrons n. sp., S. shueyi n. sp., S. simplex n. sp., S. touroulti n. sp., S. tuberculatus n. sp. and S. unistriatus n. sp. An identification key is proposed for the thirty known species, eco-ethological data and species distribution are summarized and discussed.
