<jats:p>Re-descriptions of Amblyseius decolor (Westerboer, 1962) and Proprioseiopsis sororculus (Wainstein, 1960) (Acari: Phytoseiidae) based on specimens collected in Turkey and France are provided. Both of these mite species represent new distribution records for Turkey. Some new morphological data related to these two species collected in Turkey and France, as well as an identification key for Amblyseiini species of Turkey, are also given. These species are re-described, measured and illustrated. Amblyseius lutezhicus Wainstein is considered as a junior synonym of A. decolor. </jats:p>
