dct:abstract
Polydesmus geoffroyi n. sp. (Polydesmida, Polydesmidae) was collected in oakwoods situated in the Cher, Lozere and Dordogne departments. The other two species are craspedosomids with a much more limited distribution: Hylebainosoma (?) nontronensis n. sp. (Haaseida) occurs in woods on acidic soils in the border regions of the Perigord Vert and the Limousin; the five species of the genus Hylebainosoma are Carpathian. Pyrgocyphosoma balazuci is only known from two localities, one of which is a cave, in the Ardeche department; its discovery significantly extends the distributional area of the genus Pyrgocyphosoma in a westerly direction.
